Data Retention Period

The Personal Data processed for the above-mentioned purposes will be retained in compliance with the principles of proportionality and necessity, and in any case until the purposes of the processing have been pursued, in any case, navigation data will not be retained for more than 30 days and will be deleted at the end of this period (except for any need to ascertain criminal offences by the judicial authorities).

The identification and contact data entered in the information request will be kept for 5 years and will be deleted at the end of this period

  • request modification
